About us

We are Mak and Dijana and we started this wonderful project together. After several years of working with children and adults, we decided to open our center in 2019 and continue working with children of all ages and adults. We love education and languages and consider it an indispensable part of everyday life. We work with children individually as needed and in groups as preparation for taking the Cambridge exams.

We both love sports, gastronomy, music, travel and are passionate pub quiz players.

WHERE ARE WE

Twist started its work in Žminj at the foot of the church of St. Mihovila in Matije Gupca Street, and not long after that we started working in Rovinj as well. Žminj was the first location because as the center of Istria it is accessible to everyone and Rovinj is our home turf where we live. Classes currently take place on Tuesdays in Žminj and other days in Rovinj.

WHY LANGUAGES?

We live in a world where communication has taken on new forms and everything changes very quickly. Knowledge of languages is extremely important for both children and adults, and we also try to work on 21st century skills so that our students, both young and older and more experienced, love languages.
